Why are you buying an old flowerpot?
A boutique viper’s flowerpot has been found in the back of a car in the Isle of Wight, the BBC reports.
The petite, one-inch flower pot was found in a garage in Rennie, County Durham, and had been abandoned for years, the newspaper reports.
It has been carefully removed and the owner has been identified as John and his partner, who had moved to the area to open a boutique shop.
John said he had been “bored” with flowers and had bought a new one at a flea market, but had decided to “piggyback” on his old one.
The flowerpot is being kept at John’s shop in Rinnie, North Yorkshire.
He said: “It’s a pretty simple thing to do, and it’s a bit of fun for me.”
